Christy Conrad is an experienced jewelry maker with over 12 years of industry expertise. She honed her skills studying jewelry design at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, where she had the privilege of learning from Professor and master craftsman Chie Teratani.

 

Following her studies, Conrad embarked on an 8-year mentorship under Teratani's guidance, both teaching and creating exquisite pieces. When Teratani relocated to Japan, Conrad seamlessly assumed the responsibility of teaching his NYC students, while simultaneously nurturing the growth of Studio Dahl in Connecticut, a venture they had embarked upon together.
